What we collect

Only what you send us through the inquiry form or when you contact us by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number, location and a description of the building.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, visit the site and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your data for advertising and do not send you messages you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

No longer than two years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep the data for as long as the law requires for business records.

Who else sees the data

We do not sell or share your data. Three services technically transfer or store it: Web3Forms (delivers the form message to our email), Google (the mailbox where messages arrive) and Cloudflare (the server hosting the website and anonymous visit statistics).

Cookies

The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. Visit statistics are anonymous and work without cookies. YouTube videos load only when you press play; from that moment YouTube’s rules apply.

Photos of buildings

The photos on this website show buildings we have worked on. If you recognise yourself, your vehicle or your property in a photo and want it removed or blurred, write to us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object. Just write to info@primateam.me. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (azlp.me).
